Chef Bagus started his carrier on 1989 with Grand Hyatt Bali, 2 year with Grand Hyatt Dubai and 10 years travelling around the world to do Balinese Food Promotion : GUAM, Austria, Switzerland, Malaysia, Srilanka, India and back to Dubai to Fairmount Hotel and Burj Al Arab Hotel
