Chef Bagus has been working at the hotel and restaurant for almost 28 years. Chef Bagus started his carrier on 1989 with Grand Hyatt Bali, 2 year with Grand Hyatt Dubai and 10 years travelling around the world to do Balinese Food Promotion : GUAM, Austria, Switzerland, Malaysia, Srilanka, India and back to Dubai to Fairmount Hotel and Burj Al Arab Hotel
2 year with Anika Group. Chef Bagusrunning Balinese restaurant and cooking school in Seminyak.
Now Chef Bagus open and running his own cooking school at Legian-Kuta
